"I met Dr. Dixon and his team about 10 years ago because my kids' dentist is in the same building. Both my kids needed braces, my son is still in them and my daughter got her braces off several years ago.From day one, we've always been happy with their care. My son is pretty shy and not very comfortable around doctors, but instantly trusted Dr. Dixon; probably because of his outgoing personality and genuine interest in helping his patients. I never thought my son would let anyone put braces on his teeth, but it was easy peasy!The treatment, and generous payment plan (no interest) are shared up front, so there are no surprises with cost during your duration of treatment.I feel my concerns have always been addressed and we have always felt welcome with every visit. The entire team goes above and beyond for everyone who steps in their office.Someday, it'll be my turn and I'm getting Invisalign!! It's nice to know that even as an adult, I can also become a patient here and get that same beautiful smile that my daughter has now!"
"We've been with Dixon orthodontics through two children: one with full braces and one with Invisalign. I can't say enough about how good the Dixon Orthodontics (Simsbury) office is. From reasonable rates that align with most insurance, to a payment contract (with price reduction options), to great service from Dr. Dixon and ALL of his amazing staff. Not only do the staff genuinely care for the patients, but also, the doctors have incredible attention-to-detail in the smallest tooth detail. All of it matters and wraps up in a successful package that benefits the patients. My highest recommendation!"
"My son needed braces and they were absolutely amazing. They recommended Invisalign for what he needed to correct and the two years flew by. He is left with an amazing smile and great teeth! I would not have gone anywhere else. Dr Dixon and his staff are phenomenal and so kind. Highly recommend!!"
"I am not at a typical age where you would seek out orthodontic care but as I got older, my teeth shifted resulting in me not feeling comfortable smiling anymore because of the way my teeth looked. I became very self conscious of my smile, especially when I would see pictures of myself. The first thing I tend to notice about people when I meet them is their teeth making me even more self conscious about mine. I had been putting off going to see an orthodontist not only because I am older than most requiring braces/invisalign but also I didn't feel like my teeth were "bad" enough to warrant 2 years of braces/invisalign and of course the cost. I went to one orthodontist who said I absolutely needed 2 years worth of care and quoted me a price which left me feeling very discouraged. I then came across Dixon Orthodontist and thought , "let's try this again " since they have free consultation. I met with Dr. Dixon in their Simsbury office and he point blank asked me what is it that I was looking to achieve with my teeth , he also did a scan of my teeth in 3d and explained what was happening in my mouth and it all made sense to me and I knew right then that I was in the right place, I felt hopeful! He told me about "Spark" which is similar to Invisalign and that I would not need to be in them for 2 years based on what I was looking to achieve and his pricing was one that I could not pass up. I started in June of 2023 and it is now Jan of 2024 and I am just about done with my treatment. The Spark brand worked wonderfully and I am so happy with the way my teeth look and am smiling big now. I am not saying that you will achieve what you want in the same time frame as I did but to consider there may be options, which was a relief for me. The point of my review is let people know to not be afraid to go in and talk to them to see what your options are if you do not fit the "typical" model of orthodontic care like I did. I cannot be happier with my decision. Thank you Dixon Orthodontic for giving me back my smile!!"
