"Our three boys have been seeing Dr. Dixon for several years. He and his office staff are very friendly and helpful.When it came time for our boys to get their braces and Sparks (liners), it was a smooth process. Dr. Dixon explained everything to us and the boys.Dr. Dixon is also very thorough when they go in for their appointments, explaining what to expect with the upcoming treatment.Appointments can be made by calling the office or texting them. "I love Dr. Dixon and all his staff. I have identical twin girls that both had braces for several years so we had many, many trips to the office and we were always very happy with the experience. And most importantly, my kids have the most beautiful teeth now. They get compliments all the time on how straight and white and perfect they are. It wasn't always easy and it wasn't quick but they are very happy now that they stuck it out for the years that they did. Dr. Dixon was very involved every step of the way and was empathic with them in the times they got frustrated with the process. I wouldn't change a thing. "Dr Dixon has done a great job caring for my son since he started seeing him before braces were put on his teeth. My son visits two offices as he is away from home during the school year. The office staff is great at maintaining his records across two offices and scheduling at either location depending on the school calendar. My son's teeth are wonderfully straight now!"

"Both of my kids have been treated by Dr Dixon and he has done an amazing job for both of them throughout the process starting with early visits to help us know when the kids should get braces put on. One of my children had an accident and knocked out a tooth and Dr Dixon worked very closely with our dentist and the oral surgeon to arrange the best care and determine how to adjust orthodontia to handle fewer teeth. I was so pleased with their care that I am using Dr Dixon to re-straighten my teeth as they have started to get a bit crooked and crowded as I've aged. Dr Dixon knows me and my kids by name and asks after them when I visit without them. The office staff has always been very flexible in scheduling appointments and caring for one of our kids who visits more than one office."
"I met Dr. Dixon and his team about 10 years ago because my kids' dentist is in the same building. Both my kids needed braces, my son is still in them and my daughter got her braces off several years ago.From day one, we've always been happy with their care. My son is pretty shy and not very comfortable around doctors, but instantly trusted Dr. Dixon; probably because of his outgoing personality and genuine interest in helping his patients. I never thought my son would let anyone put braces on his teeth, but it was easy peasy!The treatment, and generous payment plan (no interest) are shared up front, so there are no surprises with cost during your duration of treatment.I feel my concerns have always been addressed and we have always felt welcome with every visit. The entire team goes above and beyond for everyone who steps in their office.Someday, it'll be my turn and I'm getting Invisalign!! It's nice to know that even as an adult, I can also become a patient here and get that same beautiful smile that my daughter has now!"

I was worried I would need a jaw surgery due to my underbite but happily enough it was not required and my teeth are perfect now 🥰. through the span of time the office really helped me through my smile journey. I had gone around to meet other Orthodontists, but knew right away that Dr. Dixon was who I was going to trust to work on my kid's teeth and alignment. All three of my children needed braces and I opted that they have "Invisalign/Spark" because it worked for them and their situation. His office staff is pleasant and we never have to wait long to be seen. He is kind, straight-forward, and honest. This was the reason why I knew he was the right doctor for us. It's not too often that you get a great sense about someone, but he's down to earth and I know the care he gives to my kids is the same treatment he would have given to his own. "Today was my son's last day with his braces. He was in this office for 22 months and let me tell you that I'm super glad I picked them as my son's orthodontist because they really good at what they do and also very friendly and treat you nice. Never had a complain, never had to wait long and they worked with my son's school schedule. My daughter which is older had braces by another orthodontist and I wish they would've had send me to this office instead of the one she went. "I was referred to Simsbury Orthodontics after my 14yr old was told he would most likely need braces. I was not familiar with how the whole process worked other than googling other people's experiences. Dr. Dixon was very helpful and friendly. He did an initial exam and my son was very comfortable too. His office is located in a really cool house that has been remodeled into a state of the art Dental Salon. When you walk in, there's a warm reception staff that greet all the fidgety tween, teens and adults with a smile and prompt attention. Simsbury Orthodontics staff operates like a very well oiled machine. The reception area seating can fill up quite fast to the point that every seat is filled, but before you know it, someone is being called in for their appointment while someone is leaving with a parent. Like clockwork, they schedule everything perfectly so that it's never congested. All the technicians are very courteous not only to the patients, but they genuinely like each other too. I cannot think of the last time I visited any business where I didn't mind going back and interacting with the personnel. I was reading an old Hartford magazine that features The Best Dentist in Connecticut during the summer and guess who was voted best Orthodontist? You got it! Dr. Dixon! I feel like my son hit the jackpot. Simsbury Orthodontics is a great schematic of what any business should strive to be and in my humble opinion, Simsbury Orthodontics is one of a kind."

"We started services at an office closer to our home but the ortho decided to retire and leave all of his clients hanging. After scheduling multiple consultations, I was extremely fortunate to find Simbury Ortho.. They welcomed us in but informed us that my sons braces would have to be completely redone because of lack of effort (or knowledge) from the previous Otho. The DR. has been amazing and it's easy to tell through our conversations about my sons treatment process that he's extremely dedicated and truly cares about his patients. Throughout our time there the staff has been very helpful. The secretaries managed all of the insurance calls for me to make sure my son gets back funds for the services he deserves. I wish we started with Simsbury Ortho. from the beginning because it would have saved us from going through such a hassle. Today he's almost done with his braces and his teeth look perfect!!"
